Welcome to the OneCard & Meal Plan Portal. Through this website, you can apply for your OneCard, manage your meal plan, make Doc and Dining Dollar account deposits, and more! This video will give you a tour of the portal.
WHAT IS A ONECARD?
The OneCard is the official Towson University ID card. It is a powerful tool in the hands of the user. The OneCard provides access to many university services: library privileges at Cook Library, free or reduced-priced tickets at Towson University cultural and athletic events, access to recreational facilities, and more! With two debit spending accounts, the OneCard provides cashless access to goods and services campus wide. If linked to a valid PNC account, cash withdrawals may be made from PNC ATMs.

MANAGING YOUR MEAL PLAN
Click on the "Towson Users Login Here" link to the left. Then, select "Manage My Meal Plan" to see the steps for adding, changing, or removing a meal plan. Meal plans may only be downgraded or removed until the change of schedule period ends for full semester classes. Click here to view the academic calendar, which includes the change of schedule period end date for the semester. Here's a video demonstrating the meal plan management process.
CLOUD PRINTING SOLUTION ON CAMPUS!
Towson University offers a WEPA Pay-For-Print cloud printing solution at several location throughout campus that will accept payment via your OneCard. For more information visit www.towson.edu/wepa
